Perhaps you could be our new Anti-Social Behaviour Officer.We are looking to recruit an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our Wiltshire team.What you'll be doingYou will be providing a proactive and victim focussed anti-social behaviour service. This will include dealing with issues of domestic abuse, hate crimes and harassment, whilst ensuring a high level of presence and interventions in our communities.You'll be looking to provide preventative measures to help tackle and reduce harm that is caused by anti-social behaviour. You will work with other agencies to ensure the best outcome is achieved, so you'll be a great communicator and influencer and happy to engage at all levels. You'll have experience in litigation, including court preparation, taking witness statements, court etiquette, instructing Solicitors and post management of Court Orders.This role isn't for the faint hearted, it's demanding, yet for those with passion for the work it can be very rewarding, and you'll have a great team around you all working towards the same goals.About youYou'll have previous experience/knowledge of tackling anti-social behaviour within the community and knowledge of the social housing sector.You'll be great at building relationships, happy to talk to anyone and will understand your audience. Your 'can-do' approach will help you to achieve the right outcomesYou will be adaptable in your style, happy to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and positive in your approach.You'll have strong case management skills, an attention to detail and previous experience in using CRM databases.The role will require travel so you will need a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.What's in it for meWe invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better.
