Job summary You will be working within the busy Antenatal Services within Peterborough City Hospital.
You will process electronic and paper based referrals to maternity care, ensuring that referrals are booked in a timely manner in line with National, Local and Trust targets.
You will need excellent organisational skills to co-ordinate the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality service for our patients.
Good communication skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for service users and liaising with patients, carers and all levels of staff within the Trust including clinicians whilst ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
