Job summary Fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity for 23 months The post holder will provide Project Management to the Antenatal Clinical Pathways Project.
This role relies on close working relationships with patients, consultants, midwives, secretaires, receptionist, the Leadership team, and outpatients teams.

Successful administration of project management framework processes & tools Support the delivery of ANC projects undertaken by the Pathway Transformation workstream through effective facilitation including tracking and reporting.
Support the Digital Health team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.
Provision and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management.
Ensure accurate, open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals.
Researching and drafting correspondence/ papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects.
On a project level this will include business case development, planning, risk and issue management, monitoring and co-ordination tasks, negotiation and conflict management, representing the project manager at board level meetings as required (Women and Children Board).
Working together with ANC Midwifes, ensuring assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the Business Case.
This should be achieved by appropriate adherence to the NHS standard project management methodology ( PRINCE2 or equivalent) and best practice within the profession and ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to.
