Ansul Installations Lead Engineer - Nationwide Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression are the market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, we design, install and maintain systems for customers across the UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and fast food outlets.
We are currently looking to appoint a new Ansul Installation Team Leader which will be based at our Head Office in Wellingborough.

Responsibilities Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression's Ansul Installation Lead Engineer will:
Provide support to the Installation Manager, investigating and dealing with customer complaints whilst overseeing and monitoring the work progression of the respective engineers in terms of the installation of bigger systems.
Hold biweekly meetings with new and existing engineers, covering the following: Identify further training requirements across all engineers.
Assist the engineers in achieving a good work/home life balance.
Assess tool requirements and suggestions.
Engage employees around mental health and wellbeing.
Oversee and assist in managing the engineer relationships with schedulers.
Distribute working away from home jobs.
Distribute Ansul bulletins and provide clarification when required.
Implement and ensure adherence to the training matrix, providing further development via a red, amber, and green light system.
Spend one day a week working with new or existing engineers either on installations, remedials, FOC work, PDA training or any other areas where training is required.
Provide engineering advice and support via telephone.
Implement a group WhatsApp chat where engineers can feel comfortable asking for advice, sharing or receiving parking/loading information for jobs attended.
Support the Warehouse Manager and team on complex kit builds and upcoming large installations.
