Role Description We are seeking a fully remote creative Animation Director to join our UK team, who will be a part of our global network working closely with Animators, Producers and Marketing Managers located in Europe, Asia and North American offices.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong visualising and storytelling skills, and the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate ideas.
This is a great opportunity for a resourceful and self-motivated individual who can take ownership for projects, listen to clients' vision and able to balance creative process with the production needs.
We work in a highly dynamic work environment, so you must be responsive, organised and comfortable working under tight project deadlines.
Position Responsibilities and Job Duties: Facilitate, communicate and direct the project vision to designers, animators, audio engineers and VFX artists in different offices.
Guide and supervisor animation team during the project process, assist with ideas, style, quality and execution while keeping in check with time schedule and constraints.
Liaise with producers to deliver a high quality animatic in conjunction with clients' expectations within the given timeline.
Attend meetings with the agencies/clients and understand their creative briefs, concept, and stylistic/artistic needs.
Help agencies/clients pre-visualise the storyboard and deliver their concepts in the form of a commercial test-spot (animatic).
Requirements and Qualifications: 3-5 years of full-time industry experience in the creative and art departments is required, preferably in advertising.
Understanding of 3D workflow and most common software platforms (After Effects, 3D Studio Max).
understanding of editing software, Premier Pro.
Be creative, imaginative and equipped with artistic flair.
Possess strong storytelling and conceptual skills.
Be an excellent communicator and a problem solver.
