Job summary We are pleased to offer a vacancy opportunity to join our existing dedicated AVP Operative team based at our Hoyland Ambulance Station; You will clean, stock, check front line Ambulance Vehicles and maintain effective housekeeping of garage and associated clinical areas.
Unsociable out of hours payment is provided for this role.
Extra 41% for hours between 20:00 and 06:00 & Sundays 83% for all hours worked within these times.
This role offers competitive out of hours unsocial rates on top of basic salary indicated, unsocial payments subject to NHS terms and role will also require you to travel throughout Yorkshire as and when required to other Ambulance Stations during your shift (transport provided) Main duties of the job Duties to include: Ambulance Vehicle Preparation Operatives Process Ambulance Service Vehicles in a prescribed and controlled way that ensures each ambulance is fully equipped and prepared to attend and treat a patient.
The role is a key operational support function, which ensures patient safety whilst supporting Operations in meeting its targets.
Main duties include cleaning activities, checking stock and equipment, and completing vehicle checks.
Travel to assigned locations will be required within your daily/weekly activities (transport will be provided) No experience is required as full training will be given.

Job description Job responsibilities A Driving License with C1 Class is Essential - You will be required to confirm within your application that you hold a full C1 Category on your license which is valid within the UK.
The working days and times are dependent upon current provision required to meet operational/patient demand and this can include Bank Holidays.
