What you will do The Consumer & Business Insights (CBI) team are a critical function that supports the UK and Northern Europe Consumer Health business with deep understanding of our shoppers and consumers.
Our objective is to drive a customer and consumer obsessed culture to win with consumers every day by providing a consolidated, action-orientated and objective point of view.
We provide end to end impactful insights to resource the Leadership Team, Marketing and Commercial teams.
We have an exciting opportunity within our Analytics team.
In this role you will be helping drive a step change in our reporting and analytics capability, support the development of a creative analytical toolkit that gets to the heart of what is driving our business and assist in embedding Analytics into our insight, commercial, marketing and leadership functions.
• Developing and delivering outstanding reporting on business performance and drivers • Implementing best practice analytical techniques, tools, and dashboards (Excel, Tableau etc) including collaborating closely with EMEA CBI Analytics colleagues to bring the best of regional analytics to the UK • Embedding clear and impactful reporting and analytics into the Leadership Team, Marketing and Commercial teams across the Northern Europe cluster (UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) • Proactively analysing business drivers as well as being involved in cross-functional projects which strongly utilise data for decision making • Using both internal and external insight to ensure a complete and comprehensive analysis of our business • Building relationships across the business • Developing partnerships with key agencies including Nielsen, Circana, Kantar and IQVIA What we are looking for • Degree level education • Passion for market analytics with strong experience of driving impactful insights from continuous market data - ideally Nielsen or Circana • A blend of a strong attention to detail with creative thinking • Highly proficient in Excel - an interest or experience in delivering insight through BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI would be great!
• Experience of consumer panel (e.g.
Kantar), shopper and consumer insight and/or market mix modelling would be an advantage • Experience in working with FMCG manufacturers or retailers is a must - preferably experience of health and wellness • Enjoy working independently as well as building relationships with teams and all levels of management What's in it for you • Competitive Benefit Package • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
