Our client, an exciting start-up, is a customer-obsessed behavioural agency founded by two highly respected data experts that have previously grown teams to over 400 people.
They are looking for a personable and hard-working Analytics Executive with a love for all things data, GA4 & Google Tag Manager to join them on an exciting new journey.
Salary: From £25k - £30k (DOE) Location | Workplace policy: Hybrid with 3 days in Manchester office Our client isn't your typical large agency focused solely on revenue.
They've achieved impressive results with a small, agile, customer-centric team.
As the 15th person joining the team, you'll be joining a squad that delivers highly personalised insights that drive real business results, a stark contrast to the generic approaches often found at larger agencies.
"Leading with Relationships and Results" What will you be doing?
Partner with clients to develop and refine their measurement frameworks, ensuring they capture the right data to track success.
Conduct comprehensive audits for new clients, identifying key metrics and data needs to inform their strategy.
Configure and implement Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for optimal data collection Collaborate directly with client developers to integrate custom dataLayer schemas for enhanced tracking capabilities.
Implement and configure GA4 across various tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium) Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner Stay at the forefront of the web analytics and data field by actively learning about industry trends, new developments, and innovations, continuously enhancing expertise to deliver the best value to clients.

Ideally, you'll have: A passionate data advocate who loves empowering businesses Skilled with Google Tag Manager implementation Relevant commercial experience delivering GA 4 at a high level Highly experienced in the analytics field with experience providing advice to juniors Confident and capable of delivering client projects and implementing data insights Skilled with coding languages (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS etc.)
