The Role We are looking for a proactive Analyst Programmer to work with business partners in analysing requirements and developing software solutions for complex processes.
This role ensures systems align with business objectives and provides essential support.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs and test plans.
Document workflows, ensuring client sign-off.
Design and execute test scenarios and scripts.
Ensure compliance with system security procedures and development standards.
Manage IT work requests, project timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Stay updated on IT trends and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain automated reporting systems.
Solve problems and fix bugs in tools and systems.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience in business analysis and software development.
Proven experience working with Manufacturing ERP systems, such as QAD Experience in Progress desirable Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with IT security and standards compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex problems.
