Overview The Team
The Global Media Strategy team defines and scales the best of Publicis Media's media propositions through existing clients and new business prospects.
This team represents each core element of our global media practice: Strategy, Data and Technology, Innovation and Influencer.
Collectively, they are charged with defining a winning global media proposition and taking that to market to drive disproportionate growth for both us, and our clients.
Success is defined as driving greater consistency of the media product across global markets, improving new business conversion and accelerating the development of existing clients.
Responsibilities We are looking for a Analysis Director, Global Strategy to lead the integration of data and technology across global markets, delivering strategic excellence and consistency for our clients.
As a pivotal member of our Global Media Strategy team, you will define best practices, lead impactful analytics initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence high-value decisions.
End-to-End Leadership in New Business Pitches Take ownership of analysis for the entire pitch process, ensuring consistency, continuity, and excellence from initial scoping to final delivery.
Identify key data sources to deliver analytical solutions.
Lead the design and execution of sophisticated analysis strategies that support potential clients' growth and demonstrate our market-leading capabilities.
Present data-driven narratives and insights with authority, positioning the agency as a trusted partner in driving client success.
Analysis / Global Strategy Strategic Vision: Shape and oversee the optimal analytics approach to address diverse and complex client challenges.
Global Collaboration: Partner with senior local teams to source, validate, and synthesise critical data across multiple markets.
Insight Generation: Lead the delivery of impactful insights through advanced analytics, aligning findings with overarching strategic goals.
Integration & Influence: Guide local teams in embedding analytics insights into their strategic frameworks, strengthening their client-facing deliverables.
Central Expertise: Act as an authority and trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to central and local teams during critical initiatives and pitches.
Comprehensive Knowledge of Analytics Tools Build an in-depth understanding of proprietary Analysis and Data Science platforms that support the planning, optimisation and measurement of media activity.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the tools by leveraging internal resources and collaborating with relevant teams globally.
Qualifications At least 5 years' experience within a similar role; developing and owning the full Marketing Mix Model (MMM) process, from data gathering to insights delivery.
Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable, data-driven models and develop scenario planning tools to assess media investment strategies.
Skilled in forecasting outcomes using historical data and media performance trends, with strong stakeholder management and analytical expertise.
