Role OverviewDue to the continued success and growth of our Asset Management Division we currently have an opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The successful candidate will integrate into our Commercial department working alongside our Quantity Surveyors to ensure all commercial functions for the Division are completed to professional standards within agreed time and cost budgets.

What you'll doThe following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive: Pre Contract: Assist Quantity Surveyors with take-off quantities for tendering/cost plan purposes On Site pre measurements Preparation of bills of quantities Post Contract: Assist the Quantity Surveyors with the preparations of valuations Auditing of subcontract accounts Updating of project cash flow models Assist the QS with measurement and agreement of Interim Claims & Final Accounts What you'll bringAs a Junior Quantity Surveyor your main skills and experience will include: A strong proactive work ethic and drive to progress your career in Quantity Surveying Possess either a Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or demonstrate a level of experience obtained working in a comparable role Knowledge & Understanding of Mechanical Project Works A basic understanding of contract forms Good organisational skills Strong numeracy skills Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Information Technology in general Valid driving licence How we'll reward youIn return, we offer a competitive salary plus we'll provide a wide selection of lifestyle offers, development and learning programmes, services and support designed to help you manage and balance your work/life priorities.
