Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Strategist to drive strategic growth , enhance market positioning , and build lasting client relationships .
In this role, you will be the key architect of strategies that elevate brand presence, maximise account performance, and achieve long-term success on Amazon's competitive platform.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve client goals for sales growth, profitability, and market share.
Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities through detailed market research and trend analysis.
Market Positioning: Analyse competitive landscapes and devise tactics to strengthen brand positioning.
Optimise product listings, incorporating SEO best practices for improved organic visibility and conversion rates.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Provide strategy recommendations, insights, and actionable plans to client leadership teams.
Build trust-based relationships with clients, aligning on objectives and regularly updating them on performance metrics.
Day-to-Day Operations: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including sales trends, keyword research, and competitor benchmarking.
Create and execute brand growth plans tailored to client goals.
Utilise analytics tools to track key performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CVR) and refine strategies as needed.
Align Executive Teams and Advertising Teams with the strategic account goals, ensuring cohesive and goal-driven collaboration across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement high-level strategies to drive business growth.
Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging data and analytics tools to inform decisions and identify trends.
Strong Data Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at analysing complex data sets to identify actionable insights and resolve challenges effectively.
SEO Expertise: In-depth understanding of keyword research, Amazon ranking algorithms, and listing optimization.
Latest Understanding of Industry: Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon trends, best practices, and innovations in e-commerce.
Amazon Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central, Vendor Central Self-Management: Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Individual Contributors: Able to take ownership of responsibilities, drive initiatives independently, and deliver impactful results.
Proven Teamwork and Communication Abilities: Experience collaborating across departments and clearly conveying ideas to various stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously.
Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to act as a reliable point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, providing actionable insights and fostering strategic collaboration.
Tools Proficiency: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and inventory dashboards.
Advanced analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce growth strategies.
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and platforms.
