If so, TeacherActive needs someone like you.The role of an ALN Recruitment Consultant:Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schoolsWorking with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacanciesAttending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and exposSearching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRMShortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidatesSupporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basisAssisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quicklyMaintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationshipsCollaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for workMaintain up to date industry knowledgeReviewing your performance to continually improveYou will need to have a genuine and sincere understating & care for the ALN education sector.
As well as this, you will need to be adaptable, as no two days in recruitment are the same.
