Allocator

Job Overview We are recruiting for an entry level Allocator to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will be allocating stock to stores, producing reports, raising orders for suppliers and managing deliveries into the business.
You will work within the Merchandising department, reporting into the Merchandiser Responsibilities and Duties ·      Support merch team in producing Monday trade reports ·      Review trade and support merchandiser in producing trade presentation packs ·      Daily web walks checking all delivered products are live and selling ·      Allocate stock to stores ·      Consolidate / move around stock as required ·      Be first point of contact for stores ·      Set up and action markdowns ·      Support Merchandiser and suggest repeat orders based on current stocks and forward cover ·      Raise PO and maintain accurate delivery schedule ·      Communicate weekly with suppliers to get delivery updates and communicate back to team ·      Match invoices and communicate to Accounts ·      Visit stores fortnightly ·      Support team with Ad hoc analysis Skills & Experience ·      Strong numerical & analytical skills ·      Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment ·      Excellent communication skills – verbal and written ·      Be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·       A sense of urgency to get things done quickly.
Adhere to deadlines and sees work through thoroughly and accurately first time.
