They own and manage over 7000 homes primarily across North Somerset but also in the surrounding areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and Northeast Somerset, and Sedgemoor. Supporting over 12,000 customers, they employ ~390 people, with an annual turnover of £55m. In addition to providing good quality affordable homes, they work in partnership with local regional and national agencies to deliver a range of support services - helping individuals get the most out of life.

The ideal candidate will bring financial structure, analysis, leadership and attention to detail to the organisation. They will have experience in a Senior Leadership or Director level position, alongside a CCAB accountancy qualification (or equivalent). Experience in a regulated sector, such as property development or asset management, is desirable, but Alliance are open to candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Flexibility is at the core of the Alliance business model. They offer a hybrid work arrangement and are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Part-time work is considered to be at least three days a week.
