Due to a growing pipeline of projects, the company is seeking a motivated Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to support their team.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Commercial Manager on a variety of fit-out projects.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.
Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather cost data and ensure project efficiency.
Help to manage project budgets and contribute to financial decision-making.
Assist with post-contract activities such as valuations and final account preparation.
About You: Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
