Airside Driver

Lycon is looking for Airside Drivers to work full-time at the Cargo Freight area in Heathrow Terminal 4 (TW6) and start ASAP.
You will be transferring cargo from the warehouse to other areas inside the airport perimeter.
Line of Business: HGV Class 2 or 7.5T Driver Type: Ongoing Postcode: LHR Salary: £17.04/hr - £28.74/hr Overtime and Weekend/Bank Holiday pay are also available.
- Shifts: 4on - 2 off - 8.5 hours per day Thursday - Monday - 8.5 hours per day - Hours: Despite being day shifts, the starting hours will change often, ranging from the following: 5am - 4pm and any time in-between.
Mixture of early and lates - Must have: Experience driving heavy vehicles (either with license or as a shunter) A valid driver's license No more than 6 points on their driver's license A HGV license is not essential as a 7.5 tonne license is also applicable.
Now accepting bus drivers/ PCV drivers/ Minibus Drivers, and those with experience working as an Aviation Ramp Agent!
Required skills: Previous experience of airfreight work - desired but not essential A good level of fitness - essential Able to understand and follow instructions Good communication both written and verbal Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Ability to work under pressure.
Other Job Information: Free HGV 2 training Full Cargo Operative training will be provided.
Criminal record and five-year employment history checks will be made before you are able to start work at the airport.
