AIRCRAFT MECHANICAL FITTER BRAND NEW CONTRACT AVAILABLE WIT A LEADING AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE COMPANY FOR AN AIRCRAFT MECHANICAL FITTER Leading aerospace and defence company £25.41/ph inside IR35 Initially until September 2025 Onsite in Shawbury Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 WHAT WILL THE AIRCRAFT FITTER BE DOING?
As an Aircraft Fitter, you will be joining a team to assist in the movement, line, and base maintenance of the UK MFTS H135/H145 fleet.
You'll be providing engineering operational support to flight operations and completing maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems.

WE NEED THE AIRCRAFT FITTER TO HAVE….
Must have thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems.
Experience of Base Maintenance.
Experience of Flight Operations and Line Maintenance.
Knowledge of UK Military Aviation and UK MFTS.
Knowledge of CAA Part 145 and Part M regulations.
Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or related discipline.
The ability to go through SC clearance on the job TO BE CONSIDERED….
