The Aircraft Maintenance Check Manager will manage a team of highly skilled Aircraft Engineers and take responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the allocated maintenance projects.
Ensuring regulatory compliance on all projects.
Maintaining the technical integrity of work performed under your supervision.
Issue certificates of release for the specific aircraft type QA044 Staff Authorisation Document.
Deliver maintenance projects to target times within any budget constraints set.
Ensure a daily progress report are completed for aircraft under maintenance.
Take full responsibility for the technical integrity of maintenance.
Carry out formal appraisals for staff and advise on further training and individual development.
Skills and Experience Required to be Successful in this Aircraft Maintenance Check Manager role:
~ Category B Licensed Engineer with C certification by aircraft type.
~Minimum of 5 years experience in Base Maintenance as a B1 or B2 certifying engineer.
~ Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
73,109 - £83,109 basic (depending on experience).
~£5,000 per annum flex allowance.
~ Salary Sacrifice Pension 4%.
