Are you an experienced B1.3 Licensed Engineer with a passion for helicopter maintenance?
We are looking for a talented individual to join a world-class aviation organisation based in Shrewsbury.
This role will allow you to work on a diverse fleet of rotorcraft, including the AS350, AS355, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC145, and EC155.
About the Role: As a B1.3 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for the certification of maintenance and repair work on a variety of advanced helicopters.
Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety, airworthiness, and operational efficiency of these aircraft, playing a key part in maintaining high industry standards and compliance with regulations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Certify maintenance and repair work for a range of rotorcraft, including AS350, AS355, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC145, and EC155.
Ensure that all work meets regulatory standards (Part 145/66) and complies with company procedures.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and management teams to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain helicopters to the highest standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and other assessments as required to ensure airworthiness.
Provide technical expertise on helicopter maintenance, ensuring timely completion of work within budgetary constraints.
Requirements: Part 66 B1.3 Licence (specifically for rotorcraft/helicopters).
Extensive experience working on helicopter types, including the AS350, AS355, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC145, and EC155.
Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, certification processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
BPSS clearance required to start (SC clearance to be obtained post-start).
