Aircraft Dispatchers

Bournemouth Airport is looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Aircraft Dispatch Agents.
As an Aircraft Dispatch Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time departure of flights.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare flight documentation for crews, including flight plans, weather reports, and passenger lists.
Communicate aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and load control departments.
Liaise with colleagues to ensure the aircraft is loaded as intended.
Prioritise tasks and manage aircraft turnaround efficiently from arrival to departure.
Perform aircraft weight and balance calculations to ensure safety and compliance.
Operate airside vehicles, including cars, vans, and minibuses, to support aircraft operations.
Follow all safety, security, and regulatory protocols to maintain the highest standards.
What We're Looking For: Flexibility: Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Driving License: A full, valid driving license is required.
Experience: Previous aviation or ground handling experience is a plus, but not essential.
