This role will give you the chance to play a key role on ground-breaking and high-profile defence projects with values in the hundreds of millions.
You will be part of an industry-leading team, working with Marshall and other major defence stakeholders and Primes.
J ob Description To carry out maintenance, modifications and repairs to aircraft electrical & avionic systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation, meeting the necessary standard of quality and within the required timescale.
Actively support, promote and contribute to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained.
Qualifications Completion of a recognised Approved Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship (Electrical / Avionic) or a relevant higher education qualification Experience within a maintenance environment The ability to work individually as well as within a team across all functions on site, demonstrating a pro active and flexible attitude and supporting business targets and Company goals You must have an eye for "Continuous Improvement" Attention to detail and be self-motivated Enthusiastic attitude, coupled with good teamwork & communication skills GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English Good knowledge of H & S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH About Marshall Marshall is an independent, family-owned UK company with a diverse portfolio of businesses and a shared commitment to keeping our customers moving forward.
