Site Based AC Engineer Milton Keynes Salary: £43,000 + OT + On Call Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm About the Role: One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies, are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance team on one of their secure facilities in Milton Keynes.
This is excellent opportunity for someone to develop and further their career in varying fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities: Fault finding on all types of HVAC equipment.
Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
Using new equipment and technologies to maintain a working and comfortable environment liaising with the client on any requests for certain reactive and PPM tasks.
Requirements: Qualifications needed: F Gas Category 1 (2079) and NVQ L2 AC & Refrigeration.
Strong HVAC Maintenance & Repair experience Full UK driving License Excellent communication skills as it is a Client facing role Benefits : Salary could reach £48,000 with Overtime Availability & On Call 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 bank holiday.
