We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southern Sales Team and drive growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to achieve business revenue targets through a blend of existing relationships & new business pipeline development - Coach, support, inspire and mentor the ASM team to ensure they meet or exceed budgeted sales targets.
- Set and exemplify high operational standards to enhance revenue within your region.
- Ensure maintenance of a performance rigour, including the accuracy of CRM data, providing updates to the business as required Key Accountabilities - Oversee the performance and development of Area Sales Managers and their portfolios.
- Ensure deep knowledge of our products and services among team members to effectively handle customer enquiries.
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews to enhance communication and identify training needs aligned with business objectives.
- Support ASM team in preparing proposals, presentations, and attending customer meetings as required.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching to enhance team motivation and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless operations and achievement of goals.
