We were founded in April 2024 by an A-class team that has already built multi-billion businesses in banking and payments, and are backed by the best tech investors in Europe (Index Ventures, Visionaries Club, and some very successful fintech CEOs and founders).
Our early performance has been strong and so the team is starting to expand.
What's the problem we are solving?Getting paid is time consuming and expensive for both businesses and payers.
Businesses deal with late and unpaid invoices, as payers have no incentives to pay quickly.
Chasing late payments and failed direct debits is expensive, while any sort of adjustments, like payment plans, late fees, discounts, require significant manual effort for the business.
At the same time, businesses are paying Ecommerce card prices for low risk payments, while struggling to get adoption on lower cost payment methods.
And any attempt to reduce cost of getting paid involves configuring and managing multiple vendors and overly-complicated, often impossible reconciliation processes.
Where are we heading?It's not just getting paid that's hard.
Making payments, managing cashflow, and keeping on top of bank accounts, accounting, and reporting are all time-consuming and expensive.
We will harness the generational shift in capability AI offers to streamline all financial operations for businesses.
What are we looking for?We are looking for a strong Software Engineer to deploy AI to help companies get paid faster and cheaper.
Build end to end solutions - this role is not limiting at interacting with models, but involves coding in backend/frontend to deliver full functionality to users.Integrate AI in our product to improve the user experience on various flows.Fine tune models and embeddings for RAG systems to ensure the product accurately responds to each user request.Build AI agents to intelligently automate finance workflows, such as bookkeeping, credit control, and many others.Who are we looking for?Our team is our superpower and we hire only the very best.

Passion for AI and experience deploying/integrating AI in existing production systems.3+ years of experience in backend development at a tech-forward, product-driven company.Great software design skills, with the ability to design high performant, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.End-to-end ownership with the ability to thrive on a high level of ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility.Quality first mindset, including experience in automating tests.Keen to grow and learn for the long term with a talented group of fellow fintech leaders.What is the hiring process?We try and move fast with hiring whilst giving you and us the chance to make a proper assessment:

What will an offer look like?Competitive salary: we pay what it takes to get the best people, but of course at first you can probably earn more in a corporate (but learn 5% as much!

We are flexible but if not travelling, try to spend a portion (1-2 days) of our time in the office near Buckingham Palace.
