We are seeking a professional who can provide fee-earning services across a variety of areas, including: Probate and estate administration Tax and tax-efficient wills Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Lifetime tax planning Agricultural estate planning Court of Protection matters IPFD claims Trusts In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, leveraging your extensive experience and knowledge in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
Your skills in tax efficiency, planning, and trusts will be crucial, along with a genuine passion for this field of law.
