Agricultural Sales Representative Gloucester Salary: £42,000 OTE (uncapped) + Company Car, Laptop, Fuel Card & Enhanced Benefits We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Professional who thrives in a consultative role.
As an Agricultural Sales Consultant , you will play a key role in expanding our customer base across the region, partnering with existing accounts to deliver exceptional Genetics/Breeding advisory services to Farmers to help them achieve their targets and goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in sales within the agriculture sector, where you will manage your own schedule and build lasting relationships whilst working for an expanding market leader.
Key Responsibilities: : Establish strong connections with clients, understanding their needs through a consultative approach.
Oversee your client portfolio, providing recommendations for improvement and profitability.
Stay updated on Cogent's offerings to effectively cross-sell and meet client needs.
Attend agricultural events to promote our innovative products and services.
Plan and prioritize farm visits to maximise your impact.
