A minimum of 24 months on your right to work Available to work with alternate weekends A day in the life of a Care assistant: Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
Meals - Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
Domestic tasks -light cleaning tasks.
Mobility -Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
