We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated Agency Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Reading.As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with addiction in their recovery journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and goals.Collaborating with clients to develop personalized recovery plans tailored to their unique circumstances.Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of support services to ensure effective plan implementation.Providing ongoing guidance and support, addressing challenges and fostering resilience.Working closely with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and community resources to facilitate access to necessary services.Assisting clients in developing effective relapse prevention strategies and coping mechanisms.Conducting regular progress reviews with clients and adjusting recovery plans as needed.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role within the addiction recovery field is highly desirable.Strong understanding of addiction recovery principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Empathetic and non-judgmental approach, demonstrating genuine care for individuals' recovery journeys.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, effectively managing a caseload.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient computer skills, including the use of databases and case management systems.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.To apply for this position, please send your CV to F To apply for this job email your details to .
