This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office & 2 days a week working from home.

Show + Tell (formerly Impression Studio) is a widely awarded Northern digital design & build agency, and Next Chapter is our marketing agency brand that aims to enable clients to challenge & disrupt in their sectors.
The Role: To create marketing activity across the two agency brands, promoting their range of digital marketing, branding and web-build services with the sole objective of bringing in a warm pipeline of leads for the sales team.
Your responsibility will be to work closely with the leadership team of each agency brand to oversee and project manage marketing activity end to end from idea generation to implementation.
Primary responsibilities: Effective and efficient execution of the marketing strategy, including leveraging our CRM (HubSpot) to drive results Ownership of events strategy & planning Set up & execution of 4 campaigns per year built around a target list of prospects.
Campaign management to include: Telesales to warm prospects Managing the content plan Supporting paid media and social media marketing Email marketing Website management with internal creative & development teams Budget management Lead and opportunity reporting Secondary responsibilities: These will include overseeing the following however you will be supported by internal teams to execute: Elevating the agency through PR Organic Social Website & blog management Attend relevant networking events Managing award industry award entries We're looking for someone with: 2 years+ in-house B2B lead generation experience (ideally within an agency or similar) The ability to be a thinker & a doer, someone who can plan & campaign but also get involved & be hands-on in making it a reality In addition, you must be: Strategic & decisive - take a balanced view of situations incorporating different perspectives.
