Aftersales Engineer

Aftersales Engineer I am currently working with a leading engineer company on an exclusive basis to recruit a Aftersales Engineer The key responsibilities will involve dealing with sales and aftermarket queries from customers.
You will have direct contact with customers dealing with technical queries.
List of duties Assist customers help them with their technical queries Pricing, quotations and sales Goods inwards - receiving and verification of deliveries and booking onto the internal stock control system Ensure parts are accurately stored and accounted for Proactive aftersales communication with customers in relation to services and spare parts.
Manage and organise equipment installations and site visits with site engineers and customers.
Management of Spare Parts Pricelists; reviewing cost prices, updating and maintaining current pricelists.
Management of Spare Parts manuals revisions.
Communication with suppliers and customers on troubleshooting issues.
