Heres your chance to join this interesting company and y our new role will be : After Sales Coordinator Working within a busy team of 8 knowledgeable and experienced people who already know the business inside and out , they will g ive you coaching and training so you can learn the ropes and do a great job .
T he type of work you will be do ing is all administration related to the Af ter Sales process .
This will include processing accurate job and project information to support the department al workflow and t o maintain customer and business expectation s. You will: see the After Sales process through point of sale to delivery gather information on job status es and update customers as necessary be l iais ing with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track c oordinat e with customers to find information to enable jobs to be completed m aintain samples register and update samples progress e nsure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant standards, Health and Safety requirements.
To succeed in the post, you need to be someone who : is comfortable using IT Software , Word and Excel enjoys problem solving is organi sed has e xcellent communication skills and likes talking to people is known for their attention to detail Whats in it for you: The business is 2 nd to none in their expertise of what they do, and you will benefit from working for such a company .

Your s alary will be competitive (paid monthly) and on top of this you will receive an annual d iscretionary bonus The company pension is 4% Employer, and 4% Employee paid You will get life insurance which is 1 x your salary Sick pay is SSP for the 1 st year then 4-week full pay and 4 weeks at half pay You will be i nvited to join the M edicash plan after probation .
Your working hours will be Mon Thurs 8.30-5.15 and Fri 8.30 - 1.00pm with a 30-minute break for lunch You will get 2 3 days holiday to start, and this increases with length of service You will not be working the Christmas to New Year period as the company operate s a shut down period They offer a Cycle to work scheme and h ealth & wellbeing programme There is c ar p arking on site so you will not have to pay for car parking They have a v ending machine stacked with snacks and treats and you will get 4 free drinks daily There is a small kitchen on site for you to use For any queries please get in touch and to apply simply send your CV through.
