Aftersales Advisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor for a Main dealership near Oxford.Duties of the role include but not limited to: Working face-to-face with customersHandling aftersales calls.Booking and scheduling vehicle services and repairs.Ordering parts.Selling parts and accessories to customers over the counterEstimating time and costs associated with vehicle services and repairs.Ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the workshop environmentLiaising with the sales department to prepare sold vehicles.Being involved with interpreting customer concerns and liaising with the vehicle techniciansLiaising with customers and keeping them updated of any additional work that may be required.Entering of warranty claims into the system Hours: Monday to Friday 8-6 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8 -12.30Successful applicants must demonstrate the following: An enthusiasm for excellent customer serviceAn interest in the automotive industryTo have good communication and organisational skillsTo be honest and trustworthy with a willingness to learnTo have a positive attitude and work ethic, with a high level of professionalism.
Benefits of the role:Salary- Starting at £24,000 Basic depending on experience plus monthly bonus.
