Location: Ratby (LE6) Hourly rate: £11.55 per hour Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) / Part time (15-30 hours) Training Provided: Full training provided and an opportunity to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care Required: Full UK manual driving licence Sponsorship is not available for this position Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way You will be supporting 4 gentlemen in their home in Ratby.
They enjoy activities such as lots of trips out into the community, including going to the theatre, adaptive ice skating and shopping.
Your role will involve taking the initiative to promote independence while building a meaningful connection with them.
We can teach you everything you need to know about supporting people well.
