Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
Manage and optimise the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment and relationship management with affiliates.
Create and oversee social media content and strategies.
Analyse marketing performance data, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across all channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive both engagement and donations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in general marketing management role, with a focus on affiliate marketing and social media management.
Strong analytical skills.

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, affiliate networks).
