We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our Stoke Poges clinic full-time.
The successful candidate will specialize in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures.
The Aesthetic Doctor will ensure that each patient receives exceptional care and professional advice tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:Patient Consultation and AssessmentConduct thorough consultations to understand patient goals and medical history.Perform detailed assessments and examinations to determine the best treatment plans.Discuss potential treatment outcomes and manage patient expectations effectively.Ensure all treatments are performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with clinic protocols.Monitor patient progress during and after treatments.Provide detailed aftercare instructions and follow-up support.Address any patient concerns or complications promptly and professionally.Documentation and Record-KeepingMaintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient outcomes.Ensure all documentation complies with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.Infection Control and HygieneAdhere to strict infection control protocols.Ensure that all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.Professional DevelopmentStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and treatments.Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions provided by the clinic.Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and seminars.Compliance and Regulatory StandardsEnsure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and clinic policies.Assist in preparing for and participating in audits by regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC).Work collaboratively with other medical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.Be available for patient inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses.Qualifications:Full General Medical Council (GMC) registration with a licence to practice.At least 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, including injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures.Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.Skills and Attributes:Exceptional clinical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism and patient empathy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Pay: £100,000.00 per year
