As we scale up to meet significant market opportunities, we're expanding our in-house design, manufacturing, and assembly capabilities.
The Manufacturing Cell Leader will oversee day-to-day activities in the Assembly and Test area, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will initially take a hands-on approach, focusing on mechanical fitting and assembly of Heliex Power's innovative generator sets.
Planning and managing day-to-day production activities to meet deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
Reducing costs associated with poor quality and improving on-time delivery.
Providing technical support to Field Service teams and external customers when needed.
HND/HNC in mechanical/electrical engineering (or similar), with significant experience.
Extensive hands-on experience in a manufacturing and test environment, ideally working with rotating equipment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Understanding of quality and business systems, engineering drawings, and health and safety practices.
