Overview: We are 100C, a US-based YouTube agency specializing in creating and growing hugely profitable YouTube channels for companies.
We handle strategy, scripting, video editing, branding, graphic design, metadata, and posting for our clients.
And as a result, all of our clients have the top-ranked channel in their niche.
Currently, we are looking to hire a full-time scriptwriter to write content about US immigration for one of our clients who is an immigration lawyer.
Please only apply for this position if you: Are a fluent English speaker Have written at least 30 YouTube education scripts of 1,500 words or more Understand advanced YouTube scripting strategy Are available full-time (at least 40 hours per week) Are willing to work on weekends if necessary (it often is) Are available to start right away About the role: Perhaps the most valuable thing we do for our clients is write their scripts, so we're looking for a YouTube scriptwriter who has the skills to carry the torch.
We will train you to write scripts the way we do, so after several months you will likely rank among the best education scriptwriters on YouTube.
Below is everything you need to know about the job: This is a full-time, remote position that will involve writing two scripts per week.
It is a contractor position (NOT an employee) which means we don't offer things like paid leave or healthcare.
There are no set hours, meaning you're free to work whenever best suits you.
As long as you're able to complete two high-quality scripts each week (on time), we don't care if it takes you 5 days or 5 hours.
Each script typically ranges between 1,500 - 3,000 words.
We will pick the topics for you, it'll be your job to do the research and write the scripts.
You will be expected to follow YouTube best practices to structure your scripts in a way that maximizes viewer retention.
You will be expected to make unlimited revisions according to our feedback.
The final version of each script should be the absolute best script for that topic on YouTube (we have high standards for quality).
We are offering starting pay of $2,500-$3,500USD per month (depending on your level of experience), with an additional $500 monthly bonus if your scripts outperform the channel average for that topic.
Payments are initially made weekly during a 60-day trial period, then eventually switch to bi-monthly.
We will also pay for you to have access to Perplexity Pro and ChatGPT Plus.
