We work closely with our cluster primaries which include Broxburn P.S, Kirkhill P.S, Uphall P.S, Pumpherston and Uphall Station Community P.S to ensure a consistent and holistic approach.Our current school roll is .We are looking for an Advanced Pupil Support Worker to contribute to providing a safe, secure and inclusive school environment.The Post Holder will work with and support a young person with ASD on a one to one basis.
They are part of the school team involved in implementing school strategies designed to improve pupil performance in the following areas:Progress in learning and attainmentPersonal and social developmentP7/S1 transition supportBehaviourRelationships with peersRelationships with staffThis position requires registration with the SSSC.
The successful candidate will have six months from the date of commencement of this post to become registered with the SSSC.
