Job Description:Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Registered Adult Nurse) Remote - UK Based only PermanentFull time and part time hours available We have sessions available from 8am up until 10pm, Saturday and Sunday availability.
4 hour sessions include 15 min appointments, 1x15 min huddle/admin break and 1x 15 min break Salary: Competitive salary + fantastic company benefits Closing date: Wednesday, 11th December 2024 We make health happen.We have an incredible opportunity to join our Remote Services team as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Bupa, you will deliver primary care consultations to customers of Bupa Health Clinics (BHC) in accordance with national, local, and internal policies and guidelines, ensuring a high-quality service which delivers high customer satisfaction digitally.You'll help us make health happen by:Delivery of Advanced Nurse Practice primary care services remotely, understanding there may be circumstances where it is necessary to refer customers to be seen face to face in a Bupa Centre or an alternative primary or secondary care provider.Undertake clinical work in accordance with the National Framework of Advanced Clinical Practice, and in line with the NMC professional code of conduct as well as the Bupa code of conduct.Always provide services within individual clinical scope, referring customers onto a GP or other clinician as needed and in line with internal referral processes.Engage in incident reporting and investigation as outlined in our BHC incident Management and reporting policy.Participate in internal competency assessments and annual clinical review.Undertake NMC revalidation every 3 years.Deliver best practice care to a wide variety of corporate and self-paying primary care customers following Bupa's clinical governance, policies, procedures, guidance materials and quality standards, following professional codes of conduct.Deliver outstanding professional and customer service standards and proactively contribute ideas to the remote clinical leadership team including the Lead ANPs and GPs, service team manager and central operations manager for continuous improvement.Promote Bupa positively and proactively to employees, corporate clients and customers, developing effective working relationships with Bupa colleagues and the wider Bupa team.Where appropriate, promote other Bupa services such as internal referral pathways.What you'll bring:Current NMC Registration (Adult Nurse) with no restrictions to practiceMSc in Advanced Clinical PracticeIndependent prescribing qualification (V300)Clinical Practice as a registered Nurse (Minimum 3 years)Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Minimum 2 yearsIndependent Prescriber (Minimum 2 years)Current Basic Life Support CertificateCurrent Safeguarding Children and Adult Level 3Ability to evidence implementation of the four pillars of advanced practicePrevious experience in remote working (desirable)Previous experience in private practice (desirable)BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
