Job summary Weare a forward thinking, dynamic and welcoming Practice located in Goring-by-Seawho are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highlymotivated individual to take up the post of Advanced Nurse Practitionerwithin our existing team of 4 Partners, 4 Salaried GPs and multidisciplinary Duty Team.Weare able to offer up to hours per week.
Main duties of the job To ensurepatients receive timely call backs and appropriate clinical care.
Conductin-depth patient clinical assessments via the telephone to treat their needsand to determine whether the patient needs a face-to-face consultation.
Where aface-to-face consultation is believed to be necessary, to ensure it isconducted in a timely and professional manner.
Utiliserobust safety netting principles at every stage of the consultation process.
Writecomprehensive and robust clinical notes in relation to the consultation usingthe organisations electronic patient record system.
Rapidlyrecognise information that suggests a deteriorating patient who requiresemergency intervention and arrange appropriate treatment accordingly.
