In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
The working hours are Monday to Friday.
This position is full time,youll receive an annual salary up to £64,471per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary.
You will Provide clinicalleadership for primary care team; made up of a variety of registeredand non-registered professionals Act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at alltimes.
Work with the team to ensure; patient safety,the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is appliedto patient care.
Be accountable for your practice including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.
Share your experience and knowledge by being involved in the educational and professional development of the nursing team through clinical supervision sessions both on the wings and formal teaching opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience required Registered NMC Nurse - Adult or Mental Health Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification MSc in Advanced Practice Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner Evidence of implementation of local and national policies Experience demonstrating high levels of clinical expertise in decision making and judgement Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.

You will provide clinicalleadership for the mental health team.
This multi-disciplinary team is made upof a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including; mentalhealth, and substance misuse practitioners.
You will act as a role modelensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at alltimes.Supporting senior clinicians on siteyou will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for allpatients.
As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team toensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most upto date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.
You will also;ProvideOutstanding evidence based care, listening andacting on patient feedback so that care is personalised and informed by whatmatters to them.
You will also provideassessment, diagnostics, treatment and continued management of patients withacute and long term medical conditions.
