Job summary Working Full time : hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen at Countess of Chester Hospital for a temporary fixed term Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to be part of the ACP team who manage the Surgical Same Day Emergency Care at Countess of Chester Hospital.
The successful ACP will work autonomously providing, clinical care, expertise advice and leadership within the Same Day Emergency Care Environment.
The successful applicant will also ensure that high quality patient care is maintained by autonomously making / maintaining clinical decisions and treatment plans to manage acute illnesses, whilst engaging within the excellent ethos of multidisciplinary working to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
