We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our clinical team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education.
Located in the Walsall area, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work with adults who require support with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex, and SEMH needs.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy, be registered with the HCPC and RCOT, and possess a Full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
Previous experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is essential.
In this rewarding role, you will implement a holistic therapeutic approach to help our adults achieve their goals, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.
You will undertake individual assessments, interventions, and prepare relevant documentation, including reports.
Additionally, you will provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 (depending on experience), plus a £3000 welcome bonus, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and a permanent contract of 52 weeks.
We also provide a £2000 training allowance to support your continued professional development.
