Adult's Social Worker, Learning Disability Team, Wolverhampton Pay - £33.20 per hour Contract role – LD Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult's Social Worker in Wolverhampton This is to work in a Learning Disability Team, and the Local Authority are looking for someone with: Extensive experience with learning disability and autism Knowledge of Transforming care, dynamic support register, building the right support.
Knowledge of joint funding pathways Knowledge of the Mental Health Act including S117 aftercare, CTR/ECTR and inpatient reviews/discharge planning Ability to complete MCA and community DOLS applications There is plenty of hybrid working available.
