We are looking for a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join us full-time on a permanent basis.
Our Countywide Team handles residential and nursing care customer social care assessments and reviews both in and out of the county.
This role allows you to develop working relationships with customers, their families, our providers, and our health and social care partner organizations.
We've changed a lot but one thing's for sure, we still love Social Workers.
