Job Title: Adult Occupational Therapy Specialist Outcomes First Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our clinical division, working collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs.

About the Role: Implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping adults in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.
Undertake all aspects of Occupational Therapy clinical duties, adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.
Carry out individual assessments and interventions, preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports.
Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies, as required.
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
Previous experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
