Adult Team Leader

Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs due to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities include holding therapy caseload, contributing to staff training, and supporting integration of services within overall framework of service policies and procedures.
Join a new clinical team facilitating MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, to maximise clinical outcomes for adults.
Work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support services in future development and ensure quality assurance.
Develop empowering environments where adults can flourish, maintaining a strong safeguarding culture and involving them in decisions that affect them.
Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC required.
Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, full UK valid driving licence, and access to own vehicle necessary.
