Adult Social Care Solicitor

We are proud to be partnering with a County Council who are looking to appoint an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis, for 3-months initially.
This will be a full-time position offering fully remote working , and a rate in the region of £55p/hour UMB, subject to PQE.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Handling a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care law, including advising on safeguarding, Court of Protection and mental capacity Advising Officers in regards to the Council's duties under the Care Act Advising on plans and assessments for vulnerable adults Representing the Council in remote Court hearings, conducting all own advocacy Supporting an NQ Solicitor within the team in regards to any queries on complex cases and matters Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
