Adult Social Care Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of a dynamic local authority, based in Worcestershire , which needs an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team.
This role can be done on a fully remote basis !
The duration of this contract is on a 3-month rolling basis.
The pay rate advertised is an umbrella rate.
Key Responsibilities of the Adult Social Care Lawyer role Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care.
This will include all aspects of community care law/adult social care law and to a lesser extent education law (SEN/School queries).
You will take up some ongoing caseload and fresh queries in these fields without any specific training.
You will be dealing with adult protection/court of protection/mental capacity/mental health, ordinary residence and CHC disputes and Judicial Review claims as well as commencing and running court of protection cases with Counsel as appropriate.
